To donate to Carl's Gubernatorial Campaign you must meet the following requirements:


• Be a citizen of the United States or a national of the United States.


• Not be a foreign national.


• Understand that Tennessee State law requires that a contribution be in your name and be from your own funds. That all contributions are from your personal credit card account, billed to and paid for by you for your personal use and not connected in any way to any corporate or business account.


• No contributions can be a loan nor can a refund be given.


• The individual limit is $2500 per person per election - and $5,000 per couple. The Political Action Comitee (PAC) limit is $7500 per election. LLCs not corporately owned may contribute $2500 per election.


• Contributions may not be deducted for federal income tax purposes.
